Product Returns – Required Steps

STEP #1 – Review our REFUND POLICY section to make sure your return meets our requirements.  If yes, proceed to STEP #2 below.

STEP #2 – Before returning a product for any reason, please use our online chat / message system for customer service to discuss the matter and, if needed, obtain an RMA# if the return is authorized by us.  If yes, proceed to STEP #3 below.

STEP #3 – Package the unopened product(s) carefully with appropriate packing materials, secure the box with packing tape, add the RMA# on the outside label or box and ship it via USPS or UPS with tracking to:  Flagship Pomade, 1935 County Road 129, Pearland, TX 77581-6246.
